Professor Hunt teaches in the broad area of Physical Electronics.

His undergraduate courses include EEC140a,b Semiconductor Device Physics, EEC145 Electronic Materials and EEC146a,b Integrated Circuit Fabrication Technology. He also teaches ENG100 Electronic Circuits and Systems (for non-EE majors)

The Graduate Courses Prof Hunt has developed and teaches include EEC240 Semiconductor Device Physics. EEC247 Advanced Semiconductor Devices, EEC248 Photovoltaics and Solar Cells and EEC 249 Nanofabrication

He also periodically teaches courses on Engineering Professionalism, Electric Circuits and Senior Capstone Design Projects
