Our INFOCOM 2014 paper\u00a0“A Social Group Utility Maximization Framework with Applications in Database Assisted Spectrum Access,”<\/span>\u00a0was selected as INFOCOM 2014 Best Paper Award Runner-up.

Shibo He joined the faculty of Zhejiang University, China, in May 2014.

Chuang Huang joined the faculty of UESTC, China, in Aug. 2014.
