Computational and theoretical approaches to the study of biological networks at the cellular and molecular level. Multiscale and multilevel approaches to study biomolecular processes. Assembly of macromolecular complexes on DNA, membranes, and scaffols.  Statistical mechanics basis of gene regulation and signal transduction.
