The Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Controls Laboratory is a highly interdisciplinary laboratory which focuses on using tools within robotics, computer science, neuroscience, medicine, and engineering to contribute to a variety of applications. We have active programs in developing devices and interfaces for people with movement disabilties to control computers and machines in their environment (including prosthetics). In addition, we are interested in a wide variety of technology which can aid medicine, in order to help people with disability and those with age-related needs. We also have a history of working with NASA on spacecraft technology.
