Curriculum development:

In teaching EEC254 on Optimization, I re-organized the content and gave a modern treatment of convex analysis and optimization. I covered new applications in machine learning, image/signal processing, control, and circuit design among others, which was well received by the students.

Involving undergraduate students in research. 

In Year 2022-2023, I also supervised 2 undergraduates in independent research studies.

In Year 2023-2024, I hosted 3 undergraduates and 2 high-school student to carry out their independent research studies in our lab.
